近(jin)日,我院向省(sheng)教育(yu)廳(ting)(ting)(ting)報送《三(san)措并舉 服(fu)務新舊(jiu)動能(neng)轉(zhuan)換重大(da)工(gong)程》簡(jian)(jian)報,獲省(sheng)教育(yu)廳(ting)(ting)(ting)廳(ting)(ting)(ting)長(chang)鄧云鋒(feng)充分肯定。鄧廳(ting)(ting)(ting)長(chang)批(pi)示:“很(hen)好,可將山職(zhi)院的經驗(yan)做(zuo)法以省(sheng)廳(ting)(ting)(ting)簡(jian)(jian)報名義(yi)轉(zhuan)發(fa),供其他院校學習借鑒”。3月29日,省(sheng)教育(yu)廳(ting)(ting)(ting)《教育(yu)工(gong)作簡(jian)(jian)報》(魯政簡(jian)(jian)074號)全文轉(zhuan)發(fa)我院簡(jian)(jian)報。
省委、省政府啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)實施(shi)新(xin)舊(jiu)(jiu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)轉(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)重(zhong)大(da)(da)(da)(da)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)以(yi)來,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)積極(ji)響應、主動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)對標,根據鄧廳(ting)長來校調(diao)研(yan)時的(de)工(gong)(gong)作要求,深入(ru)調(diao)研(yan)、先行(xing)先干,迅速掀起投(tou)入(ru)服(fu)務新(xin)舊(jiu)(jiu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)轉(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)重(zhong)大(da)(da)(da)(da)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)的(de)熱潮。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)把(ba)服(fu)務新(xin)舊(jiu)(jiu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)轉(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)重(zhong)大(da)(da)(da)(da)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)做(zuo)為2018年工(gong)(gong)作的(de)主題,成(cheng)立服(fu)務新(xin)舊(jiu)(jiu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)轉(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)重(zhong)大(da)(da)(da)(da)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)行(xing)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)領導(dao)小組,印發(fa)(fa)《關(guan)于認真學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習貫徹山(shan)東省全面(mian)(mian)展開新(xin)舊(jiu)(jiu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)轉(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)重(zhong)大(da)(da)(da)(da)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)員大(da)(da)(da)(da)會精神的(de)通(tong)(tong)知(zhi)》,組織(zhi)黨(dang)委理(li)論學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習中心組(擴(kuo)大(da)(da)(da)(da))專題研(yan)究學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習,開展服(fu)務新(xin)舊(jiu)(jiu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)轉(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)重(zhong)大(da)(da)(da)(da)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)大(da)(da)(da)(da)討論,制定(ding)《學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)服(fu)務新(xin)舊(jiu)(jiu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)轉(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)重(zhong)大(da)(da)(da)(da)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)實施(shi)方案》。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)充分發(fa)(fa)揮軌道交通(tong)(tong)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)優(you)勢,結合正在(zai)開展的(de)優(you)質(zhi)校建(jian)設,著(zhu)力在(zai)專業對接產業、培養(yang)“齊魯工(gong)(gong)匠”、提升社會服(fu)務能(neng)(neng)(neng)力方面(mian)(mian)下功夫、做(zuo)文章,積極(ji)為我省新(xin)舊(jiu)(jiu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)轉(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)提供智(zhi)力與人才支撐。
下一步,學院一是要堅持固本強優,發揮軌道交通辦學特色,對接高端裝備、新一代信息技術等產業,重點優化升級鐵道機車車輛、鐵路線路運營、城市軌道交通、軌道交通裝備制造等4個專業群,申報城市軌道交通供電技術等新專業,加大高速動車組檢修技術等新上專業建設力度,打造符合新舊動能轉換需求、服務軌道交通發展的一流專業群。二是要加強校企合作,擴大學生整專業成建制頂崗實習和畢業生批量就業規模,啟動組建股份制(混合所有制)軌道交通學院,深化現代學徒制人才培養模式改革,注重學生工匠精神塑造,培養一批服務新舊動能轉換的“齊魯工匠”。三是要推進產教融合,搭建高水平科研和技術服務平臺。建設3個科研專家工作室、3個技能大師工作室、5個工程技術研發中心(協同創新中心),提高科研和協同創新能力。豐富學院培訓基地功能,提升服務新舊動能轉換的社會服務能力。推動城軌地鐵實訓真車技術、軟件技術、智能制造、生物制藥等技術領域的成果轉化,服務產業轉型升級。配合高鐵“走出去”戰略,啟動校企合作共建“海外學堂”項目。擴大培訓鐵路企業海外員工、外派員工培養規模,提升學生國際視野,推動學生海外就業。
