機械專指委啟動機械類專業“齊魯工匠后備人才”培育工程

9月19日(ri),山東省(sheng)機(ji)(ji)械職業教育(yu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業建設指(zhi)導委(wei)員(yuan)會(hui)(hui)(以(yi)下簡稱機(ji)(ji)械專(zhuan)(zhuan)指(zhi)委(wei))在濟(ji)南召(zhao)開實施“齊(qi)(qi)魯(lu)工(gong)匠(jiang)后備(bei)(bei)人(ren)才”培育(yu)工(gong)程研(yan)討會(hui)(hui),研(yan)究機(ji)(ji)械類專(zhuan)(zhuan)業“齊(qi)(qi)魯(lu)工(gong)匠(jiang)后備(bei)(bei)人(ren)才”遴(lin)選、培育(yu)、認定標準,安排部署下一階段有關工(gong)作。本(ben)次會(hui)(hui)議的召(zhao)開,標志(zhi)著我省(sheng)機(ji)(ji)械類專(zhuan)(zhuan)業“齊(qi)(qi)魯(lu)工(gong)匠(jiang)后備(bei)(bei)人(ren)才”培育(yu)工(gong)程正(zheng)式啟動。

省教育廳職(zhi)教處二級調(diao)研(yan)員孟令君出席會(hui)議并解讀山東(dong)省教育廳關于實(shi)施(shi)“齊魯工(gong)(gong)匠后(hou)備(bei)人才”培育工(gong)(gong)程有關文件,機械(xie)專(zhuan)指委秘書長、山東(dong)職(zhi)業(ye)學院副(fu)院長祝瑞花對(dui)機械(xie)類專(zhuan)業(ye)實(shi)施(shi)“齊魯工(gong)(gong)匠后(hou)備(bei)人才”培育工(gong)(gong)程作(zuo)部署(shu)安(an)排。職(zhi)教處高曉琛主任出席會(hui)議,高職(zhi)機械(xie)設(she)計(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)類、機電(dian)設(she)備(bei)類、自動化類、船舶與海洋工(gong)(gong)程裝(zhuang)備(bei)類、航(hang)空(kong)裝(zhuang)備(bei)類、汽車制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)類,中(zhong)職(zhi)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)類牽(qian)頭單位(wei)院系負責人、標準主要執筆人參加(jia)(jia)會(hui)議。濟南燦(can)態信息(xi)技(ji)術有限公司協辦研(yan)討(tao)會(hui)。

會議(yi)立足機(ji)械(xie)行業(ye)發(fa)展(zhan)實際,針對(dui)機(ji)械(xie)類專(zhuan)業(ye)特點(dian),圍繞培養具(ju)有“匠(jiang)(jiang)氣 匠(jiang)(jiang)心 匠(jiang)(jiang)技”優秀職校學(xue)生總體目(mu)標(biao),就機(ji)械(xie)類專(zhuan)業(ye)“齊(qi)(qi)魯工(gong)匠(jiang)(jiang)后(hou)備人才”遴選、培育、認定標(biao)準及實施(shi)方案進(jin)行深入交流(liu)研討并達成(cheng)初步(bu)共識。本(ben)次會議(yi)對(dui)于推進(jin)“齊(qi)(qi)魯工(gong)匠(jiang)(jiang)后(hou)備人才”培育工(gong)程落(luo)(luo)地落(luo)(luo)實,推動(dong)其他(ta)專(zhuan)指委加快開展(zhan)相關工(gong)作具(ju)有一定參考(kao)借(jie)鑒意義(yi)。

齊魯(lu)工(gong)匠(jiang)后備人才,是指主要面向我省新(xin)(xin)(xin)舊動能(neng)轉換重大工(gong)程“十強”產業(ye),適應新(xin)(xin)(xin)技術(shu)、新(xin)(xin)(xin)產業(ye)、新(xin)(xin)(xin)業(ye)態(tai)、新(xin)(xin)(xin)模(mo)式(shi)要求,由職業(ye)院(yuan)校和行業(ye)企業(ye)共同(tong)遴選、共同(tong)培育、共同(tong)認定,能(neng)夠弘揚齊魯(lu)文化、傳承班墨精(jing)神、精(jing)修技術(shu)技能(neng)、勇于創新(xin)(xin)(xin)創業(ye)、發揮示范(fan)作用,具(ju)有(you)“匠(jiang)氣 匠(jiang)心 匠(jiang)技”的優秀職校學生。

實施(shi)“齊(qi)魯(lu)工(gong)匠(jiang)后(hou)備人才(cai)”培育(yu)(yu)工(gong)程(cheng),是省(sheng)(sheng)教育(yu)(yu)廳深入貫徹黨的(de)十九大精神,建設(she)知識型、技能型、創(chuang)新型勞動者(zhe)大軍,助力“齊(qi)魯(lu)工(gong)匠(jiang)”建設(she)工(gong)程(cheng),服務新舊動能轉換重大工(gong)程(cheng)等重大戰略,為建設(she)經濟(ji)文(wen)化強省(sheng)(sheng)提供高(gao)素質技術技能人才(cai)支撐的(de)一(yi)項(xiang)重要(yao)舉措,旨在通(tong)過構建常態化培育(yu)(yu)機制,建立各省(sheng)(sheng)級職業(ye)(ye)(ye)教育(yu)(yu)專業(ye)(ye)(ye)建設(she)指導委(wei)員會統(tong)籌管理指導、職業(ye)(ye)(ye)院校(xiao)(xiao)和行(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)協同培育(yu)(yu)的(de)體系,到2022年(nian),面向全(quan)省(sheng)(sheng)職業(ye)(ye)(ye)院校(xiao)(xiao)全(quan)日(ri)制在校(xiao)(xiao)生,培育(yu)(yu)認定10萬名(ming)左右(you)“齊(qi)魯(lu)工(gong)匠(jiang)后(hou)備人才(cai)”。

為(wei)(wei)高質量做好機(ji)械(xie)類(lei)專業“齊(qi)魯(lu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)匠后(hou)備人才”遴(lin)(lin)選培育(yu)認(ren)定工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),按(an)(an)照《山東省教育(yu)廳(ting)關(guan)于實施“齊(qi)魯(lu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)匠后(hou)備人才”培育(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程的通知》要求,機(ji)械(xie)專指委(wei)將分專業類(lei)制定遴(lin)(lin)選標準、培育(yu)標準和認(ren)定標準,指導各地、各職業院校遴(lin)(lin)選培養(yang)對象、開展培養(yang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)以及做好年度考核(he)和終期(qi)考核(he)認(ren)定工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)分年度組織,自2018年起至2022年,每年遴(lin)(lin)選一批,2018年為(wei)(wei)2150名(ming),培育(yu)期(qi)滿后(hou)按(an)(an)時進行(xing)認(ren)定。

根據會(hui)議部署安排,機械(xie)專(zhuan)(zhuan)指委指定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)的各專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)類牽頭單位(wei)將(jiang)首先(xian)開(kai)展(zhan)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)制定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)工(gong)作。標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)制定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)堅(jian)持(chi)瞄準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)生產(chan)一線,與(yu)最新(xin)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教學標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)、職業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)和行業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)、崗位(wei)規范相對(dui)接(jie),做到具體化(hua)、可度量(liang)、可檢(jian)驗、可操作,確保(bao)遴選、培(pei)育和認定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)清晰明(ming)確,為(wei)培(pei)育工(gong)程(cheng)奠定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)堅(jian)實基礎。其中,培(pei)育標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)的制定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)明(ming)確要(yao)(yao)求,要(yao)(yao)突出(chu)“匠(jiang)心”培(pei)養、“匠(jiang)技”增強和創(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)意(yi)識與(yu)創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)實踐能力的提升。后續開(kai)展(zhan)的遴選、培(pei)育和認定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)工(gong)作,將(jiang)牢固樹立(li)質量(liang)第(di)一的價值理念,并貫穿(chuan)到工(gong)作的各環節(jie)、全(quan)領域、全(quan)過程(cheng),確保(bao)后備(bei)人(ren)才順利入職入行。培(pei)育工(gong)程(cheng)整體實施過程(cheng),堅(jian)持(chi)做到著眼于山東(dong)新(xin)舊動能轉換(huan)實際,突出(chu)反映產(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)科(ke)技進(jin)步和經濟社會(hui)轉型(xing)升級及發(fa)展(zhan)趨勢,反映職業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)與(yu)職業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)教育未來發(fa)展(zhan)方向,使(shi)之適應“齊(qi)魯工(gong)匠(jiang)后備(bei)人(ren)才”終(zhong)身發(fa)展(zhan)和山東(dong)實際需要(yao)(yao)。
