為加快工作落實,推進優質校建設,5月9日,我院召開優質校項目建設推進專題會議。院長秦河主持會議并講話,學院領導,優質校各項目組負責人,財務處、資產管理處、總務處、學生處、監察審計處、繼續教育與社會服務處、圖書館負責人,各系(部)主任參加會議。

副院(yuan)長郭鵬匯(hui)報了優質(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)項(xiang)目建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)整(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)體推(tui)進(jin)情況(kuang),各項(xiang)目組負責(ze)人匯(hui)報了9個(ge)項(xiang)目建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)推(tui)進(jin)情況(kuang),資(zi)產管(guan)理處、財(cai)務處匯(hui)報了資(zi)產采購、資(zi)金支出(chu)(chu)進(jin)展情況(kuang)。會議(yi)指出(chu)(chu),自(zi)優質(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)立項(xiang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)特別(bie)是(shi)今年(nian)以來,學院(yuan)把優質(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)作(zuo)為(wei)工(gong)作(zuo)主線,加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)頂層(ceng)設(she)計、統(tong)籌(chou)整(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)體推(tui)進(jin),強(qiang)化工(gong)作(zuo)落實,各個(ge)項(xiang)目建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)按照進(jin)度全面(mian)展開,部分建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)任務提前(qian)(qian)完成(cheng)預期(qi)目標(biao),整(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)個(ge)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)工(gong)作(zuo)取得了重(zhong)要階(jie)段性成(cheng)績。當前(qian)(qian),優質(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)時間(jian)緊、任務重(zhong)、要求高,建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)過程(cheng)中仍存在整(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)體推(tui)進(jin)較(jiao)為(wei)緩慢,重(zhong)點(dian)指標(biao)成(cheng)績不夠(gou)突出(chu)(chu),個(ge)別(bie)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)項(xiang)目遇(yu)到瓶頸(jing),資(zi)產招標(biao)、資(zi)金支出(chu)(chu)滯后(hou)等問題(ti),必須引起高度重(zhong)視,采取更加(jia)(jia)有力的措施認真加(jia)(jia)以解決(jue)。
院(yuan)長秦(qin)(qin)河對做好下一(yi)(yi)步(bu)優質校(xiao)項(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)工作(zuo)進行(xing)了安(an)排部(bu)署。秦(qin)(qin)河強調,一(yi)(yi)是要(yao)(yao)(yao)牢(lao)固(gu)樹立質量意識,把(ba)保(bao)證(zheng)質量貫徹優質校(xiao)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)的(de)始終,切實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)把(ba)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)目(mu)標落腳到創新(xin)辦學體制機(ji)制、增(zeng)強社會(hui)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)能力(li)、提高人才培養質量、提升(sheng)學院(yuan)綜合實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)力(li)上(shang)來,工作(zuo)要(yao)(yao)(yao)做實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)做細,成(cheng)效要(yao)(yao)(yao)務(wu)(wu)(wu)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)可見,堅決(jue)(jue)杜絕搞“花架子”“空殼(ke)子”。二是要(yao)(yao)(yao)加(jia)快(kuai)項(xiang)目(mu)整體推(tui)進,強化時(shi)間觀(guan)念和(he)效率意識,要(yao)(yao)(yao)進一(yi)(yi)步(bu)加(jia)強對項(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)的(de)統籌(chou)協調、調度(du)(du)(du)落實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)任(ren)務(wu)(wu)(wu)建(jian)(jian)立臺賬、進榜上(shang)墻。要(yao)(yao)(yao)正確(que)(que)(que)處理項(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)和(he)常(chang)規工作(zuo)的(de)關系(xi),必(bi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)時(shi)加(jia)班(ban)加(jia)點推(tui)進建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)進度(du)(du)(du)。資產采購、資金(jin)支出(chu)(chu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)打好工作(zuo)提前量,確(que)(que)(que)保(bao)按(an)時(shi)保(bao)質完成(cheng)工作(zuo)任(ren)務(wu)(wu)(wu)。三是要(yao)(yao)(yao)突出(chu)(chu)重點建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)指(zhi)標,要(yao)(yao)(yao)抓住優質校(xiao)評估體系(xi)中權重大的(de)部(bu)分,在國家級、省級標志性成(cheng)果(guo)方面實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)現突破。要(yao)(yao)(yao)把(ba)核心期刊論(lun)文數量等具有(you)橫向可比性的(de)量化指(zhi)標作(zuo)為建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)重點,健全(quan)激勵機(ji)制,強化重點補短,推(tui)動建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)期內多出(chu)(chu)成(cheng)果(guo)、快(kuai)出(chu)(chu)成(cheng)果(guo),提升(sheng)學院(yuan)競(jing)爭(zheng)力(li)。四是要(yao)(yao)(yao)抓好難點工作(zuo)落實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),要(yao)(yao)(yao)進一(yi)(yi)步(bu)創新(xin)工作(zuo)思路(lu),對于難度(du)(du)(du)比較大的(de)工作(zuo)項(xiang)目(mu),要(yao)(yao)(yao)樹立目(mu)標意識,全(quan)力(li)以赴攻(gong)堅克難,必(bi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)時(shi)尋找替代方案,確(que)(que)(que)保(bao)工作(zuo)目(mu)標完成(cheng)。對于確(que)(que)(que)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)需要(yao)(yao)(yao)作(zuo)出(chu)(chu)調整的(de)項(xiang)目(mu),必(bi)須(xu)充分進行(xing)論(lun)證(zheng),提交黨委會(hui)研(yan)究決(jue)(jue)定(ding)。
秦(qin)河(he)要(yao)求,各(ge)單(dan)位、各(ge)部門要(yao)牢(lao)固樹(shu)(shu)立一盤棋思(si)(si)想,服從、服務于優(you)質(zhi)(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)設(she)(she)的大(da)(da)局,單(dan)位(部門)負責人要(yao)將優(you)質(zhi)(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)設(she)(she)的緊迫意識傳導給廣(guang)(guang)大(da)(da)教(jiao)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong),消除畏難(nan)和抵觸情緒,把思(si)(si)想統一到(dao)完成(cheng)優(you)質(zhi)(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)設(she)(she)目(mu)標、促進(jin)(jin)(jin)學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)發展(zhan)上來;創(chuang)優(you)辦(ban)要(yao)進(jin)(jin)(jin)一步加強工(gong)作統籌,整體把控任(ren)務完成(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)度(du)和質(zhi)(zhi)量;各(ge)項目(mu)組(zu)要(yao)加強與創(chuang)優(you)辦(ban)的溝通(tong)協調(diao),推動(dong)各(ge)項具體工(gong)作往前推進(jin)(jin)(jin);廣(guang)(guang)大(da)(da)教(jiao)職(zhi)(zhi)要(yao)繼續保持緊張、有序的工(gong)作作風,進(jin)(jin)(jin)一步樹(shu)(shu)立大(da)(da)局意識,立足(zu)本職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)作、弘揚奉獻精神、狠(hen)抓工(gong)作落(luo)實,為優(you)質(zhi)(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)設(she)(she)添磚(zhuan)加瓦。
